  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

  • Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Within Canada

  • We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

  • All items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse (which may be located outside Canada).

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

    • $7 flat rate for orders under $75

    • FREE for orders over $75

  • Express Shipping:

    • May not be available for all products (please check at checkout)

    • Where available, additional charges apply (shown at checkout)

📦 Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear, especially for international fulfillment centers.

📦 Multiple Shipments

  • Items may arrive in separate packages if your order includes multiple products from different suppliers.

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package, if applicable.

🛑 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

  • Estimated delivery times do not include potential delays due to:

    • Customs clearance

    • Weather disruptions

    • High order volumes or postal delays
